THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI. DESCRIPTION The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information from industry on its capacity to provide software and supoorting services. The DHS has a complex and demanding mission. To assist in meeting that mission, DHS needs robust and effective systems. This RFI will provide useful information on available systems to support that mission. DHS may elect to ask one or more vendors to provide a demonstration of and answer questions about their product(s) after receiving the input from this RFI. Submission Instructions: Interested parties are required to address questions in the survey link below. All survey responses are due no later than (NLT) Monday January 8, 2024 by 10:00 a.m. EST.
