The scope includes software licenses for the ECFS SaaS solution, project management, system enhancements and configuration updates, operations and maintenance, information technology security, help desk, training, and transition out for an ECFS. The ECFS solution shall include at a minimum: • A production environment with disaster recovery capability that complies with DHS standards • A staging/pre-production environment • A testing/configuration environment
