The MTS h... The Advanced Wireless Services 3 (AWS-3) program is currently seeking a diagnostic, repair, and upgrade of an MTS tracking antenna. The government purchased the MTS tracking antenna in 2020. The MTS has been in operational use since with Customs and Border Protection – Air and Marine Operations (CBP-AMO) Manassas Air Branch. The MTS requires an upgrade and replacement of hardware to be able to accept critical firmware updates. The manufacturer will perform diagnosis, repair, and upgrade to allow for the required updates.
