The Department of Homeland Security/Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency/ (DHS/CISA) plans to solicit on a sole-source basis under solicitation 70RSCJ23Q00000013. It is anticipated that a firm fixed-price purchase order will be awarded as a result of the combined synopsis/solicitation Description of work: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. Under this simplified acquisition for commercial items, the contractor shall provide secure access to Handshake’s premium enterprise services to be able to attract and recruit early/entry-level talent via the online networking platform. The attachments include the Statement of Work (SOW), Provisions & Clauses, and Price Template.
