THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes. The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) requires professional scientific, technical and programmatic assistance services to support efforts in research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) to S&T. S&T’s programmatic portfolio requires scientific and technical (ST) support that can identify, apply and explore techniques across a full spectrum of scientific and technical disciplines. Such disciplines may include behavioral economics and social science; communications and network systems; cybersecurity; software development and quality assurance; data science and analytics; biometrics; identity access and management; modeling and simulation; artificial intelligence; machine learning; autonomous systems; explosives; engineering; physics; biology; virology; and chemistry.
