The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole-source contract to ANSYS, Inc. for LS-DYNA software licenses. These licenses support the Transportation Security Laboratory’s modeling and simulation capabilities for predicting aircraft responses to explosive blasts. The government has determined that only ANSYS can provide these license subscriptions. The period of performance is a 12-month base period.
