The DHS is seeking quotes for maintenance of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems at its National Urban Security Technology Laboratory (NUSTL). The contract type will be firm fixed price, with a one-year base period and four one-year options. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible. Performance will occur at the NUSTL location.
