The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) issues this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Office of Mission and Capability Support (MCS). The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Advanced Analytics Platform For Machine Learning (CAP-M) Project is a next generation research and development being developed by S&T for CISA. CAP-M is envisioned to be a multi-cloud, multi-tenant environment for testing new software and tools, and developing complex machine learning capabilities. CAP-M’s multi-cloud approach enables end users to seamlessly access a variety of capabilities across multiple clouds to meet their analytics and computation needs. MCS is interested in understanding the capabilities of businesses that could supply access to three commercial clouds, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure to the CAP-M team. 12/18/23 Update - Extended response due date. Please note we anticipate updates to the requirement information in early January 2024 and expect to extend the response date again at that time. 1/11/24 Update - Extended response due date. We are working on finalizing responses to questions asked in response to the RFI. 1/29/24 Update - Provided responses to questions and extended the response due date to 2/21/2024.
