(excel format). --- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit innovative proposals under this Solicitation. The DHS SBIR Program Office encourages innovative proposals from all small business concerns, including small disadvantaged, women?owned, veteran?owned, service?disabled veteran?owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, with the capability to conduct research and development for homeland security?related topic areas described in Appendix A of the attached Solicitation (e.g., request for proposal (RFP) 70RSAT24R00000006). Please read the Solicitation carefully. Failure to comply with the requirements in the DHS SBIR FY24 Solicitation will likely result negatively in the proposal evaluation or elimination from consideration for award.
