This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides professional scientific, technical and programmatic assistance and relevant administrative assistance services to support efforts in research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) to S&T. The purposes of this RFI are: To gain an understanding of the capabilities of small businesses to support DHS S&T’s SETA requirements. To gain an understanding of Industry’s capabilities to support DHS S&T’s SETA requirements. Conduct market research for a potential SETA IV contract vehicle All responses shall be submitted to the DHS Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) at SETAIV@hq.dhs.gov no later than NOON Eastern Time, October 10, 2023 in accordance with the information requested and submission instructions in the attached RFI. 9/11/2023 Update - Draft Statement of Work added.
