See attached.*** ------- This Pre-Solicitation is being provided for planning purposes, to allow small business concerns (SBCs) to become familiar with the requirements for the upcoming DHS SBIR 23.1 Solicitation. The FINAL 23.1 Solicitation may differ from the Pre-Solicitation. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: The Pre-Solicitation period is from November 17, 2022 through December 15, 2022. During the Pre-Solicitation period, technical questions concerning the topics should be directed towards the Technical Point of Contact (POC) for each topic, listed in the 23.1 Pre-Solicitation SBIR Topic Areas.
