All prospective offerors are encouraged to read the full solicitation. --- The DHS SBIR Program Office encourages all small business concerns, including small disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, with the capability to conduct research and development, and to commercialize the results of that research and development, to submit proposals in response to homeland security-related topic areas described in this Solicitation.
