CISRR SETA Support Services Extension
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to award a sole-source extension for systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support to Noblis, Inc., to continue work on the Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience Research (CISRR) Program. The contractor will provide program coordination, management specialists, and technical support across eight topic areas, including electromagnetic pulse resilience, public safety, and industrial control systems. The performance period is an 8-month extension from June 3, 2026, through February 2, 2027.
