BASE: This Other Transaction Solicitation (OTS) Call “Securing Soft Targets” is being issued against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science & Technology Directorate (S&T), Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP), 5-Year Innovation OTS (70RSAT21R00000006). All terms and conditions of the DHS S&T SVIP 5-Year Innovation OTS (70RSAT21R00000006) remain incorporated into this Call unless otherwise noted herein. The SVIP 5-Year Innovation OTS is available at SAM.gov. There is a virtual industry day for this call on March 22, 2022. The first deadline for applications under this call is April 28, 2022.
