Important: The deadline for receipt of proposals has NOT changed. --- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit innovative proposals under this Solicitation. The DHS SBIR Program Office encourages all small business concerns, including small disadvantaged, women?owned, veteran?owned, service?disabled veteran?owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, with the capability to conduct research and development for homeland security?related topic areas. Please read the attached Solicitation carefully.
