Silicon Valley Innovation Program 5-Year Other Transaction Solicitation
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing this Innovation Other Transaction Solicitation (OTS) to engage non-traditional government partners for prototype projects, with potential for production transition, through its Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP). The program aims to provide targeted, non-dilutive funding and opportunities for operational testing and market access to assist new companies. The Government is not currently requesting applications. Applicants must refer to individual Technical Calls for all submission requirements and should monitor the SAM.gov website for amendments.
