See attached document entitled, DHS SBIR FY21 Questions and Answers. (2)The last paragraph under Section 5.1 in the solicitation referencing the requirement for certified cost and pricing data has been removed. See attached solicitation document entitled, A0001 DHS SBIR FY21 Solicitation and Questions and Answers under General Questions #2. The proposal submission due date and time remains the same. --- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program, comprised of the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate’s SBIR Program and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office’s (CWMD) SBIR Program, invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit innovative proposals under this Solicitation (see attached Solicitation document 70RSAT21R00000005). The DHS SBIR Program Office encourages all small business concerns, including small disadvantaged, women?owned, veteran?owned, service?disabled veteran?owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, with the capability to conduct research and development for homeland security?related topic areas described in Appendix A, and to commercialize the results of that R/R&D, to submit proposals in response to topics described in this Solicitation.
