This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quotation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://SAM.gov, in order to be considered for award. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-4 apply to this procurement (See Attachment 1 - Additional Clauses). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. Description of services: This requirement is to Lease of Multi-functional Devices (MFD), Supplies, Maintenance and Training, see attached SOW. The period of performance (POP), is for One (1) base year and Two (2) option years, a total of 3 year POP if all options are exercised. This combined synopsis & solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered.
