The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement to replace the existing broken DVR and to purchase, installation and programming of the new NVR, workstation, network switch, encoder, monitor and two racks, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary to get the Video Surveillance System (VSS) back up and running. The system is located at the Vancouver Federal Building at 500 West 12th Vancouver, WA 98660. The contractor shall perform VSS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW).
