The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Management Directorate (MGMT), Federal Protective Service (FPS) Region 10 has a requirement to acquire Administrative Support Services in Auburn, WA and Portland, OR. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform administrative support in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Period of Performance is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/trad e-off. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 with size standard is $8.0 million. This action is 100-percent set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The Contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http: www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered. Update: The solicitation will now be issued on or about 11/24/2020. 11/30/2020: RFP package posted, along with fillable versions of Attachments 2, 3 and 5. 12/21/2020: Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the proposal due date to 01/04/2021, to allow for additional time to provide responses to the questions submitted. 12/23/2020: Amendment 0002 is being issued, along with the responses to requests for clarification and questions.
