The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation and supplies, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, to provide laundry, dry-cleaning, alteration, and repair services for the Federal Protective Service (FPS) located at the Jackson Federal Building, 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98174. Contractor shall perform dry-cleaning services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a follow-on contract. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm fixed-price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320 Dry-Cleaning and Laundry Services (except coin-operated) and the business size standard is $6 Million. Price will be used to evaluate offers (FAR clause 52.212-2(a)). The submission requirements and evaluation criteria are defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the required services is for a base year with up to two one-year option periods. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.beta.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in SAM. All questions in response to the request for quotes shall be submitted in writing as defined in the RFQ to Contract Specialist, Maria Colville, at Maria.Colville@fps.dhs.gov and copy to Maria.Santiago@fps.dhs.gov.

Contractor shall perform VSS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/ trade-offs. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 130 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
