The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS), West Consolidated Contracting Group (WCCG) has a requirement to acquire the services for the installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at the Richard B. Anderson Federal building in Port Angeles, WA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/ trade-offs. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 60 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http: www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist Cedric Bedgood at cedric.bedgood@fps.dhs.gov. The RFQ documents will be issued on ot about December 06, 2019.
