Synopsis for Perimeter Alarm Installation in Ronald Dellums Federal Office Building and Courthouse Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 70RFPW20QW9000006 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the installation of a Perimeter Alarm System at the Ronald Dellums Federal Office Building and Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, the Product Service Code (PSC) is N063 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value with trade-offs. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 30 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award.
