The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for an Electronic Access Control System (EACS) upgrade at the Robert A. Young Federal Building (MO0106) located at 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order. All work will be performed during normal business hours (0800 - 1630) Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays. Service Contract Wage Determination 2015-5075 Rev. 17, occupation code 23160 - Electrician, Maintenance - is hereby incorporated into any resultant contract.
