DHS Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for thirty-five Covert Security Testing Kits. Each kit will include 35 of each specified inert item, such as an electric toothbrush and toothpaste tube, 16oz Monster can, hand wipes, 35oz metal water bottle, backpack IED, portable power bank, IED portfolio, Pelican-like storage cases, and messenger bags. The vendor shall provide only the devices, storage cases, and messenger bags, and all items must meet the specifications in Section 1.3 of Attachment A. Delivery is required to FPS/PSOD at 6595 Springfield Center Dr, Springfield, VA 22150.
