This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. A complete description of the requirements briefly described herein, to include Statement of Work, terms and conditions, provisions, clauses and associated attachments are all included in the formal Request for Quote (RFQ) 70RFP324QE3000002 attached to this synopsis/solicitation announcement. All items required are denoted as Brand Name or Equal, with Salient features describing each piece of equipment. If proposing an item that is not the brand shown, the contractor shall ensure they provide extensive specifications detailing the alternatives to be considered. ALL QUOTE SUBMISSIONS SHALL INCLUDE PRICING AS WELL AS ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, CUT SHEETS AND/OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION TO DENOTE THE PROPOSED EQUIPMENT. The Government will conduct a procurement evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) and (4). Schedule Of Item(s) - Responsible quoters shall provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the items described in the SOW. Quoters shall include itemized pricing for each of the components. Quoters shall include specifications of all proposed equipment within their quotes.
