The aforementioned commercial supplies shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. A complete description of the requirements briefly described herein, to include Statement of Work, terms and conditions, provisions, clauses and associated attachments are all included in the formal Request for Quote (RFQ) 70RFP322QEH000005 attached to this synopsis/solicitation announcement. The Government will conduct a best value procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering price and other factors. In addition to price, quotations shall include pictures of the items the vendor intends to use to satisfy this requirement along with sample kits for evaluation. The Government may also consider vendor past performance as part of the best value award.
