The aforementioned commercial supplies shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 12.603. DHS/FPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 70RFP322QE3000001. (12) Place of Performance: William S. Moorhead Federal Office Building, 1000 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. A complete description of the requirements briefly described herein, to include Statement of Work, terms and conditions, provisions, clauses and associated attachments are all included in the formal Request for Quote (RFQ) 70RFP322QE3000001 attached to this synopsis/solicitation announcement. The Government will conduct a best value procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering price and other factors. A one-time only site visit to ascertain site conditions will be conducted on 02/23/2022 at 10:00 A.M. ET. Face masks or face coverings are required when in the Federal Building. FPS does not supply face masks or face coverings. Amendment 0001 to extend the due date of quotes was issued on 3/2/2022. Amendment 0002 to extend the due date of quotes was issued on 3/10/2022.
