The Federal Protective Service is issuing a competitive request for proposal (RFP) using FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 procedures to solicit and award an IDIQ contract for the purpose of providing medical testing services for FPS employees. Services are required in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands and Guam. All quantities are not to exceed quantities. Five appendices are included with the solicitation.
