Submission of proposals remained unchanged. 5/12/2021 - Amendment 0002, (currently unable to be attached) is established to extend the proposal submission date from 5/13/2021 to 5/18/2021, 5PM ET. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the lease of commercial items and associated work prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be available for this requirement. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), reference number 70RFP321REH000004. FPS requires a Contractor to lease new X-Ray machines for FPS designated locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) to include all U.S. states and territories. Additionally, the scope of work herein will include shipping, handling, installation, maintenance, and a service agreement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a size standard of $81 million. Contractors shall submit proposals based on both non-price (technical) and price factors after review of the following: SF1449/ Pricing Schedule, Contract Clauses, SOW, Solicitation Provisions Proposals are due no later than 5:00pm ET, May 5, 2021. Submissions shall be made to Melissa Stolle, via email at Melissa.stolle@fps.dhs.gov. Failure to submit a response by the time and date established may result in the proposal not being considered. FPS reserves the right to consider quotes received after submission deadline at its discretion.
