The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Law Enforcement Operations Division (LEOD) is soliciting quotes to procure Civil Unrest Equipment. The aforementioned commercial Civil Unrest Equipment shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 13.3 using the procedures in Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Past Performance Questionaire and to extend the due date.
