This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. This requirement is for satellite voice service for Government-owned Iridium satellite phones and communication units. The Contractor shall provide satellite voice service to the continental United States, Hawaiian Islands, Alaska and U.S. Commonwealth and Territories. The Contractor shall provide updated equipment (i.e. Iridium satellite phones and communication units (docking stations)) and services based on updates in technology. A complete description of the requirements briefly described herein, to include supporting information, terms and conditions, provisions, clauses and associated attachments are all included in the formal Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations provided in response to the subject solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subject RFQ, no later than 12:00 pm ET, 05/15/2020. Any offer received after the submittal deadline will be deemed “late” and will not be considered. By submitting a quotation, the vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the RFQ, including the Statement of Work (SOW).
