The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order for the purchase and installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Norfolk Federal Building located at 200 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA (Building #VA1608). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70RFP320QE3000003. This RFQ is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Request for Quotation (RFQ): Offers in response to this Solicitation are to be submitted to Contract Specialist (CS), Tiffany Lumpkin, at tiffany.lumpkin@fps.dhs.gov and should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Solicitation Provisions. All contractors interested in providing a quotation for this project are invited to attend a walk-through of the facility at the address listed above. The walk-through will take place on July 8, 2020 at 10:00 AM ET. Vendors interested in attending the walk-through shall email the Contract Specialist at tiffany.lumpkin@fps.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 PM ET on July 3, 2020.
