This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for satellite voice service for existing Government-owned handheld satellite phones and communication units. The vendor shall provide satellite voice service to the continental United States, Hawaiian Islands, Alaska and U.S. Commonwealth and Territories. The contractor shall support, refresh and update equipment (i.e. handheld satellite phones and communication units (docking stations)) and services based on changes and updates in technology. The scope of this contract includes: • Satellite Voice Services (Annual Bundle Plan) • Equipment Replacement, Replacement Parts and Accessories • Programming of New Phones • Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Quotations are due no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on May 10, 2019. Offers shall be submitted via e-mail only to Michael J. Fay at michael.fay@ice.dhs.gov. Any offer received after the submittal deadline will be deemed "late" and will not be considered. By submitting a quotation, the vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the RFQ, including the Statement of Work (SOW).
