The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division issued a sole source extension of up to six (6) months to the current ordering period of an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, 70RFP318DE3000002 with Maxsent dba CDA Incorporated (185 Admiral Cochrane Drive, Suite 220, Annapolis MD 21401). This extension begins 02/01/2024 and will provide continued armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at various locations throughout Maryland and to allow placement of a new contract to continue critical PSO services at these locations. The government solicited and negotiated on a sole source basis with Maxsent dba CDA Incorporated, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
