The Department of Homeland Security intends to extend an existing task order for Armed Protective Security Officer services for up to three months. The services will be performed throughout Utah and Wyoming. This extension is to ensure continuity of service during the award and transition to a follow-on contract. The action is being taken on a sole-source basis with the current contractor, Diversified Protection Corporation. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
