Specific requirements are contained in the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Region 11 Statement of Work (SOW). The aforementioned commercial services shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 12.603. Sources Sought Notice – Visual Surveillance System (VSS) Lease The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) is seeking information regarding small business vendors (under NAICS 532490) that can provide Visual Surveillance System (VSS) Equipment in support of Operations Allies Welcome. The contractor shall be able to provide the following: The Contractor shall provide leased Visual Surveillance System (VSS)) Equipment. The Specs are as follows: Remote Camera Stations with: One (1) Camera per station with Day/Night Operation in low to no visible light. Five (5) Camera or station/platform IR illumination for IR cameras. Platform mounted with independent power supply (e.g., Solar). Some locations will require that the platform be placed on the other side of a 3-foot-high vehicle barrier. Platforms or cameras must be adjustable to a normal viewing angle. System is to operate 24/7 in outdoor conditions Viewing System will need the ability to be monitored 24/7 onsite by government computer thru vendor system/software. All cameras should be integrated and viewable on one dashboard with the ability to monitor multiple views at one time, operator selectable, and have access at least one main screen (large) view. System should allow ability to zoom inside of full image. System should allow for 3 + full access viewing locations running simultaneously. Each viewing location, computer, should be able to see live video, review recorded video and export video. Video should be available for 30 + days. Analytics to include Motion/Person Tracking – ability to identify people or vehicles traveling on or crossing roadway/perimeter – day/night. The option to view cameras by phone is desirable, but not required. Maintenance/Repair Online support should be available 24/7 and physical support within 24 hours of notification. Period of Performance - May 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022. Place of Performance – The National Conference Center 18665 NCC Ring Drive Leesburg, VA 20176-3876 FPSAD is seeking information from small business vendors capable of providing the lease equipment required as described. Vendors shall be registered on the SAM.gov website. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, FPS is not at this time seeking proposals/quotations and will not accept unsolicited proposals/quotations. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to the RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued. Interested parties are directed to respond to this RFI no later than 3:00PM ET on April 7, 2022 to Nicholas Milillo at nicholas.milillo@fps.dhs.gov.
