This is a follow-on requirement to further develop system agnostic Radiological/Nuclear detection algorithms for non-intrusive inspection (NII) continued development of the algorithms. Phase III and IV are continued efforts being sole sourced to Leidos, Inc. Phases I, II, III and IV were originally awarded to Leidos, Inc. under the Exploratory Research Broad Agency Announcement Program contract HSHQDN-16-C-00027. A new contract is being awarded on a sole source basis to continue Phases III and IV.
