AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Extend Synopsis/Soliciation: Extend the Proposal Due Date to June 20, 2023 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time; 2) Remove Statements: Remove the statements, "SF18 "Request for Quotation", "SF 30 "Amendment(s)" (if any), and "Submit a completed Pricing Sheet of this solicitation, which requires the Offeror to complete the proposed price for each CLIN in the schedule on the SF" from Page 40 of 43; and 3) Add Statement: "Submit a completed Pricing Sheet of this solicitation, which requires the Offeror to complete the proposed price for each CLIN in the schedule under SECTION I - SUPPLIES OR SERVICE/PRICES on Pages 3-5 of 43". ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Government contemplates awarding a Time and Materials (T&M) Contract to provide Conditions of Detention Subject Matter Expert (SME) Services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL). The Government intends to make a maximum of three (3) awards for this effort, based on the quality of proposals received in response to the solicitation.
