December 30, 2022 The Government intends to provide responses to questions received in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 70RDAD23Q00000021, Leadership Strategic Planning Retreat The purpose of Amendment 0001 is a follows: 1) The Government will provide responses to questions by December 30, 2022, and post it via this Amendment 0001; See attached "QA_70RDAD23Q00000021 Response". *********************************************************************************************************** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) has a requirement to secure a facility rental for a meeting space, lodging and meals for a OCPO Leadership Strategic Planning Retreat to be held on January 10 – 13, 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm fixed Price contract under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures using FAR Part 13. Any requests for additional information or explanations concerning this document must be received no later than 1:00 pm ET on December 30, 2022. Quotation submissions shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer Christopher Carroll at Christopher.Carroll@hq.dhs.gov and the Contract Specialist, Akilah Bullock, at Akilah.Bullock@hq.dhs.gov. Quotation submissions are due no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Time (ET), January 4, 2023.
