The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations awarded Contract No. 70RDAD23C00000012 on a sole source basis to NEC National Security Systems, Inc. (NEC NSS), UEI: RLRZWEARX7M3, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 entitled “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The approved justification to sole source is included as an attachment to this notice as required by FAR 6.305(a).
