The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations intends to limit the number of sources solicited pursuant to FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1) for the procurement of Palisade Cost Estimating Software licenses. The requirement is to provide brand name Palisades @RISK and Decision Tools Suite Software licenses. This software will allow the Office of Biometric Identify Management (OBIM) to maintain compatibility with and interface with existing OBIM products while increasing confidence in estimates by reproducing results in @RISK, and adds a decision tool suite to guide OBIM decisions. This requirement consists of a 12 month base period.
