This is a Request for Information (RFI) announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of business to compete and perform service under a contract for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Office of Financial Operations (OFO). The scope of this requirement efforts to maintain and sustain the ISO-9001 Certification, conduct Continual Quality Improvement, and perform Process Optimization. Additionally, the contractor shall be able to provide ISO 9001:2015 Certification support to other divisions within OCFO to include FO Customers/Stakeholders on a surge basis. As such we are seeking a contractor with the knowledge, capability, and expertise with Strategic Financial Operations Support, Continual Quality Improvement, Process Optimization, Robotic Process Automation Development & Governance, and ISO 9001:2015 Post-Certification Maintenance.
