THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP). A formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. DHS is seeking information from vendors. Industry feedback is encouraged following the instructions within this RFI. I. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION All submissions in response to this RFI shall contain the following information: Company Name GSA Schedule Contract Number If applicable Company DUNS Number Company Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, and Phone) Company Business Size Standard In addition, DHS requests answers to the following questions: 1. What is your company's current NAICS code? 2. Do you have a NAICS code that falls under a Small Business? Yes or No 3. What is your company's predominant NAICS code? 4. Is your company utilizing a GSA Schedule Contract? Yes or No 5. Can your company provide services as described in one or all of the attached Statement of Works? Are any of these services within your GSA Schedule Contract? Important Note: DHS is not requesting vendors to provide a price or technical quote in response this RFI. II. RESPONSE INSTRUCTION Vendor responses to the questions above shall be delivered via e-mail to Ronald Jean-Baptiste (Ronald.Jean-Baptiste@hq.dhs.gov) and Donald Nusbaum (Donald.Nusbaum@hq.dhs.gov). The due date of submissions is 10:00am ET Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Responses to vendor questions may or may not be provided. If the Government answers any vendor questions, all questions and answers will be published via an amendment to this RFI. Vendor names will not be identified in the amendment. NOTE: This RFI is released pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry, and all interested parties are encouraged to respond. This request is for information purposes only and shall not be considered as a request for proposal or as an obligation. This is not a solicitation; no award will be made as a result of this request. The government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this synopsis.
