The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing this Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Combined Synopsis and Solicitation to acquire Automated External Defibrillation (AED) Program Services including Oversight, Training and AED Equipment. Quotations shall be received by 10:00 AM ET on June 16, 2021. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be received by 10:00 AM ET on June 11, 2021 and shall be submitted in writing to the emails listed in the RFQ. The CO reserves the right to accept late submissions, before making an award, if it is in the best interest of the Government. In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management through sam.gov. Amendment 1 - See revised RFQ Page 3 and Government response to vendor questions. Note: The date to respond to the RFQ has NOT been changed as a result of this amendment. All responses are still due no later than 10AM ET Wednesday June 16, 2021.
