In support of its mission and strategic goals, DHS requires COVID-19 testing solutions for use throughout the Department and its Components. This acquisition will establish multiple IDIQ contracts that provide the Department with access to a variety of testing solutions to include test kits and managed services to support testing to screen multiple populations within DHS operating locations. Amendment 1 - published on June 24, 2020 provides a revised version of the RFP. This amendment is described in the attachment titled, "Amendment 1 - SF30 and Conformed RFP." The attachment titled, "Amendment 1 - RFP with Markup" is for reference which identifies the changes made from the original RFP to the revised RFP via Amendment 1. Amendment 2 - published on July 1, 2020 extends the proposal due date to 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on July 15, 2020; provides a partial list of Government answers to vendor questions; and announces a DHS hosted industry day which will provide more information to industry. Specific information regarding the industry day will be provided in a forthcoming amendment to this solicitation. The attachment titled, "Amendment 2 - Extension and Q_A" provides all the details regarding this amendment. Amendment 3 - published on July 6, 2020 announces that a virtual Industry Day will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to provide information and answers to questions about the COVID-19 Testing Solutions IDIQ requirement. All registration requirements and information is available at: https://cvent.me/L8ENPm Registration will close at 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 for all attendees. Amendment 4 - published on July 10, 2020 extends the proposal due date to July 22, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET, provides government answers to vendor questions, and provides the presentation audio and slides from the Industry Day held on July 9, 2020. Amendment 5 - published on July 21, 2020 extends the proposal due date to July 29, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET and provides government answers to vendor questions. A subsequent amendment to address the remaining vendor questions and a revised RFP conformed to all amendments is forthcoming. VENDORS THAT HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THIS AND ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS AND RESUBMIT THEIR PROPOSALS. Amendment 6 - published on July 28, 2020 extends the proposal due date to August 12, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET and provides government answers to vendor questions. A subsequent amendment to address the remaining vendor questions pertaining to reporting requirements and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and a revised RFP conformed to all amendments is forthcoming.
