This notice constitutes the only solicitation announcement. Solicitation 70RDAD20Q00000190 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. The NAICS Code is 334516. Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing 500s. The small business size is $32.50 in annual receipts per the Small Business Administration. This is a total small business set-aside. The United States Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the purchase of two laboratory tube conditioner systems. The selected instrument must be compatible with the current infrastructure systems and near real time monitoring instruments without modification and maintain integrity of the system. These items are being procured, BRAND NAME ONLY, as specified in the attached requirements statement. The USSS intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the small business vendor providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable price on the open market. Quotes are due no later than 10:00AM, EST, July 29, 2020. All quotes shall be delivered electronically to Russell Chism at Russell.Chism@hq.dhs.gov.
