This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106 with additional supplemented information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation announcement. Solicitation 70RDAD20Q00000160 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. The NAICS Code is 441228. Motorcycle, ATV, and all Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The small business size is $32.50 in annual receipts per the Small Business Administration. This is a total small business set-aside. The United States Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the purchase of 40 complete 2020 (or newest model) TREK Police Mountain Bikes and related accessories. These items are being procured, BRAND NAME ONLY, as specified in the attached documentation. The USSS intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the small business vendor providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable price on the open market. Quotes are due no later than 10:00AM, EST, July 7, 2020. All quotes shall be delivered electronically to Russell Chism at Russell.Chism@hq.dhs.gov. Facsimile and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Questions shall be directed to Mr. Chism at the above address no later than 1:00PM EST, June 30, 2020.
