The purpose of this contract is to obtain nurse subject matter expert services to assist CRCL in performing its investigatory and oversight functions. The selected subject matter expert shall primarily assist CRCL in conducting investigations into issues in immigration detention involving medical care, which shall include preparing reports related to the investigations. The expert may also be asked to assist CRCL with other matters related to medical issues, including medical reviews initiated by DHS leadership, consulting with substantive work groups, providing training, and other activities as requested.
