Biometric Examination Tool
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, used for planning purposes and not a solicitation; no contract will result directly from responses. The government is gathering industry input on biometric examination tools that support multiple modalities, including fingerprints, face, iris, and latent prints. The tool must be biometric matching vendor agnostic, support a high-volume 24/7 environment, integrate with OBIM’s biometric system, and meet DHS security requirements. Respondents are asked to provide a capability statement, respond to attached requirements, and include cost breakdowns for software, licenses, maintenance, training, and integration. Responses are voluntary, and the government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses.
